Nexalin Technology shares surged 76.4% on Oct. 1, 2026, after the micro-cap medical technology company secured a 10-year exclusive distribution and manufacturing agreement with Inovanexa Medical Technologies S.A. covering Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Ecuador and Venezuela. The territory represents more than 300 million people. An earlier report had put the stock’s gain at 80.61%, or $7.73, while citing about 53.9 million shares traded against a 100-day average of roughly 10,846. The agreement replaces a February 2026 letter of intent and includes successive 10-year renewal options tied to performance. It builds on ANVISA approval for Nexalin Sync to treat anxiety, depression and insomnia, as well as a University of São Paulo clinical trial that recorded a 77.8% anxiety response rate. Inovanexa must initially order 10 units, with five delivered for a Brazilian clinical pilot scheduled to begin within 90 days. After purchasing 30 units, it will establish a Brazilian manufacturing plant at no capital cost to Nexalin under FDA-compatible quality standards and technical supervision. Nexalin will retain its patents, software and intellectual property, supply encrypted circuit boards exclusively, receive fixed per-device payments and earn recurring royalties on disposable electrodes. Inovanexa will manage imports, marketing, regulatory compliance and manufacturing costs and operate as Nexalin LATAM for public-sector tenders and government procurement.
