DL E&C has effectively secured construction rights for the Seongsu Strategic Maintenance Zone 2nd District Housing Maintenance-Type Redevelopment Project in Seoul’s Seongdong-gu after submitting a negotiated-contract bid on the 1st and becoming the preferred bidder. The association plans to review the proposal and hold a general meeting on November 21 to select the contractor. The redevelopment would create a complex with six underground levels, up to 65 above-ground floors, 11 buildings and 2,381 households, at a project cost of 2.0137 trillion Korean won. DL E&C proposed the name ACRO SEONGSU and plans to combine international structural, architectural, interior, landscape and lighting specialists with river views for every household, a panoramic sky lounge and household-specific private studios.
