Ballard Power Systems is launching Ballard Fleet360, a fuel cell lifecycle program for new FCmove-HD+ module sales in North America, at APTA TRANSform & EXPO 2026 in Chicago. The program combines fuel cell data, technical support, parts assurance, technician training and refurbishment options to help transit operators plan maintenance and lifecycle costs. Its FCcare+ package adds a module power-output guarantee covering up to 250,000 miles of fuel cell operation, alongside commitments for service response, spare-parts delivery and issue resolution. Fleet360 also includes FCpulse, a digital platform with health monitoring, data visualization and quarterly performance reports. Ballard is supporting the program through its Remote Operations Centre in Vancouver, expanded field service capabilities and U.S. parts inventory in Bend, Oregon. The offering builds on more than 186 million miles of operational service and more than 3,000 fuel cell engines on the road. Ballard said its recent acquisition of GeoPura expands its capabilities into hydrogen production, logistics, refueling and integrated Energy-as-a-Service solutions.
