Whale-sized stablecoin transfers to Binance rose more than 40% over just more than a month, lifting the rolling 30-day inflow measure to $30.5 billion from $21.7 billion, CryptoQuant contributor Darkfost reported. A separate September assessment put Binance stablecoin inflows at more than $30 billion, up from about $26 billion, as large deposits above $1 million accelerated after early-August outflows. Bitcoin's recovery above $85,000 coincided with another wave of deposits, but exchange inflows do not reveal whether the funds were used for spot purchases, derivatives collateral, arbitrage or short positions. Binance held about $42 billion in stablecoin reserves on Oct. 2, after reaching $43.8 billion on Sept. 8, while other exchanges collectively held around $58 billion. Stablecoin supply reached $300.9 billion on Oct. 1, although retail activity weakened, with daily active addresses down 8.1% to about 5.1 million and daily turnover down 32% to roughly $244 billion.
