Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) showcased its EAI Robot World 2.0 platform, All-New Futurist robot and other robotics products at IROS 2026 in Pittsburgh from September 28 through September 30. The event supported the company’s efforts to recruit robotics, data and research specialists, attract development and data partners, and develop commercial and research applications. FFAI and AIxC signed a non-binding term sheet valuing Faraday Future’s robotics assets and related operations at approximately $200 million, with the proposed combination intended to position the business for a separate public listing. AIxC has changed its name to FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc., or FFR. The strategy includes the EAI Brain and Developer Platform, EAI Data Factory, four Industry Productivity Solutions and the Built in USA Acceleration Program. FFAI shares traded at $1.2150, down 2.80%, after reversing an earlier intraday rally. The proposed transaction and the company’s robotics transition remain subject to approvals, financing, closing conditions and other significant risks.
