Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) said Oct. 2, 2026, that it is considering a sale, strategic partnership or divestiture involving askROI, Inc. and its AI business. askROI’s flagship AI platform brings together AI models, web research, file and data analysis, content creation, workflow automation and third-party integrations across web, iOS and Android applications. Preliminary discussions are focused on combining askROI with a broader technology business to support product development, commercialization and distribution, potentially involving equity consideration that would allow Hyperscale Data to retain an ownership interest. The company said no transaction has been determined or assured, and any deal would require negotiations, due diligence, definitive agreements and corporate and regulatory approvals. Hyperscale Data also said it currently expects the divestiture of Ault Capital Group, Inc. to occur in 2027, through an exchange of Series F Preferred Stock for ACG Shares.
