bitFlyer will introduce an anti-fraud Cooldown on October 15 that limits external cryptocurrency transfers for 48 hours after yen deposits. The measure applies to individual customers whose identity verification was completed less than 90 days earlier, including existing customers who meet that condition. The first ¥100,000 of a deposit is excluded from the restricted amount, leaving the portion above that threshold subject to the transfer limit.
