Scienture Holdings said three leading U.S. pediatric academic medical centers added Arbli, its proprietary 10 mg/mL losartan potassium oral suspension, to their formularies. The FDA-approved medicine treats hypertension in adults and children older than six and offers standardized, flexible dosing without extemporaneous pharmacy compounding. Scienture said wholesale orders are increasing sequentially and that Arbli addresses a U.S. losartan market worth approximately $219 million annually across roughly 72 million prescriptions, based on IQVIA data for the 12 months ended April 2026. The product is intended for patients who have difficulty swallowing tablets, including pediatric and geriatric populations, and is supplied in a room-temperature-stable, peppermint-flavored 165 mL bottle with a 24-month shelf life. Scienture previously said it added approximately 12.5 million covered lives through expanded payer coverage and commercial access during the second quarter. The company is pursuing additional hospital and institutional formulary placements, broader payer coverage, pharmacy availability and nationwide distribution.
