Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation expects third-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $410 million to $412 million, below the $416.3 million FactSet consensus estimate, after a July flooding event disrupted its Cincinnati facility. The company estimates the flooding reduced third-quarter revenue by about $7 million and expects an additional fourth-quarter impact of approximately $15 million to $20 million. Integra lowered its full-year reported revenue outlook to $1.634 billion to $1.654 billion from $1.654 billion to $1.695 billion, and reduced adjusted earnings per diluted share guidance to $2.30 to $2.40 from $2.40 to $2.50. It continues to expect approximately $190 million to $200 million of operating cash flow for 2026, including more than $85 million in the third quarter, and expects full manufacturing operations to resume during the second quarter of 2027. IART shares opened down $2.79, or about 17%, on Oct. 2 and were down nearly 20% by midday. SueWallSt, powered by Levi & Korsinsky LLP, said it was investigating potential securities claims concerning statements about Integra's manufacturing operations and financial outlook, including a July 29 comment that the flooding was not expected to have a material impact on 2026 revenue or earnings.
