Palantir Technologies is partnering with Armada to expand sovereign artificial-intelligence infrastructure for governments and enterprises that require direct control over their data, models and computing systems. Armada was named Palantir’s inaugural Certified Modular Data Center Partner, with its Galleon facilities set to support Palantir’s Sovereign AI Operating System and software including AIP, Ontology, Foundry and Apollo. The companies said customers will be able to run and adapt open-weight models within their own security boundaries, including fully air-gapped environments, without relying on computing resources controlled by outside cloud providers. Armada will supply modular hardware, management software and connectivity, while its Sovereign AI Grid will link distributed sites and support resilience across traditional, remote and disconnected locations. The facilities are manufactured in the United States and selected allied nations, and the modular design is intended to reduce dependence on lengthy conventional data-center construction schedules. Palantir shares traded at $189.93, down 0.06%, after retreating from an intraday peak near $194.50.
