Bitget will change the funding rate interval for the ONEUSDT perpetual futures trading pair from every one hour to every four hours starting at 16:00 UTC on Oct. 2, 2026. The exchange said the adjustment is intended to better align perpetual futures prices with spot index prices. The maximum funding rate will be plus or minus 1.8000% at the listed funding times, including 16:00 and 20:00 UTC on Oct. 2 and 00:00 and 04:00 UTC on Oct. 3. Bitget may reschedule the adjustment if factors such as high market volatility require it and said it will issue a separate announcement in that case. The exchange also reserved the right to modify, amend or retract the notice at its sole discretion without prior notice, and urged users to review updated funding rates and consider trading risks before placing orders.
