Fluence Energy, Inc. investors have until November 27, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a securities fraud class action filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The lawsuit, captioned Hatweek v. Fluence Energy, Inc., alleges that the company made materially false or misleading statements and omitted information about contract manufacturing facilities, production problems and its ability to meet fiscal 2026 guidance during the November 24, 2025, through September 16, 2026, class period. The complaint alleges that facilities needed to deliver backlog and recognize revenue were incomplete, nonoperational or unable to produce at assumed volumes, while corrective measures failed to resolve manufacturing problems. Fluence Energy cut its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance by about $600 million to $2.4 billion on September 16, 2026, and reduced adjusted EBITDA guidance from negative $10 million to negative $200 million. Its stock fell $1.39, or 15.36%, to close at $7.66 on September 17. Investors may seek lead plaintiff status, retain counsel of their choice or take no action and remain absent class members.
