Flare and Doppler have teamed up to give XRP holders direct access to Flare’s FXRP vaults through Doppler’s platform, expanding the service beyond Doppler’s own yield products into managed strategies, lending and credit. FXRP represents XRP one-for-one on Flare through its FAssets system, allowing holders to deposit XRP, use it in Flare applications and redeem the underlying tokens. Flare said 145.2 million FXRP had been minted and about 130 million deployed in decentralized finance as of its Sept. 24 update. Doppler said its XRP and RLUSD vaults attracted more than $150 million from over 14,000 users since February 2025, with the infrastructure also supporting Earn products inside Bybit and Bitget Wallet and institutional vaults connected with SBI Ripple Asia, SBI Digital Finance and Evernorth. The returns do not come from native XRP staking, which the token does not support. Doppler instead uses spot-perpetual basis trades and asset-neutral arbitrage across venues, with returns paid in the deposited asset. The company says XLS-66 lending on XRPL is planned for Q4 2026, subject to mainnet activation, alongside transferable vault receipts and potential strategies involving tokenized Treasuries, money-market funds, secured lending and private credit.
