U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted $6.3 billion in net inflows during the third quarter of 2026 and another $134.4 million in October’s first two sessions, according to SoSoValue and Decrypt’s tracker. The latest inflows followed a $148.7 million outflow on Sept. 30 and brought cumulative inflows since the funds launched in January 2024 to $58.1 billion, according to Decrypt. Despite the rebound, roughly $5.4 billion left the funds during the first half, leaving 2026 year-to-date net inflows below $1 billion. September generated $2.65 billion in inflows, making it the funds’ second-best month since October 2025, while August led the third quarter with $3.5 billion. A weaker September jobs report reduced market expectations for an October Federal Reserve rate hike, supporting risk assets such as Bitcoin. Bitcoin briefly reached $87,173 on Friday before trading around $85,000 on Sunday, up 0.5% over 24 hours. Decrypt’s tracker put the funds’ total net assets at $101.1 billion. Traders on Myriad assigned a 93% probability that Bitcoin would not set a new all-time high in 2026, with September’s CPI report on Oct. 14 and the Federal Reserve’s Oct. 28 meeting among the next market tests.
