Gold Token SA, the tokenization arm of Swiss precious-metals refiner MKS PAMP, opened its DGLD gold token to the public on Solana on Oct. 5, 2026. SwissBorg listed DGLD in its app the same day, giving access to more than 1 million users, while Arrakis Finance began managing liquidity through Hadron’s proprietary automated market maker, with trading available through Jupiter and Titan. DGLD already exists on Ethereum and Base, while the Solana version is issued natively under Solana’s Token-2022 standard rather than through a bridge or wrapped asset. Each token represents one fine troy ounce of allocated LBMA-certified gold held in segregated, insured Swiss vaults, according to Gold Token SA. A Solana Compass snapshot taken about two and a half hours after the announcement showed roughly 407 DGLD across about 65 wallets, compared with roughly 2,540 PAXG and 1,575 XAUm on Solana. The launch combines retail distribution with managed on-chain liquidity, although DGLD’s trading depth remained an open question on the first day.
