Polygon Labs expanded its Open Money Stack to support TRON, enabling businesses to accept USDT on the network, hold it in custodial or embedded wallets, route it across TRON, Polygon and other supported chains, and pay out local fiat. The integration targets remittance platforms, fintech companies, exchanges and payout products serving customers who already use TRON USDT, including in markets such as the Philippines, Mexico, Argentina and Nigeria. Businesses can convert bank transfers, card payments, cash and crypto into TRON USDT, assign customers persistent deposit addresses, and convert balances back to bank-account, card, cash-pickup or wallet payouts. Polygon said its Polygon Trails infrastructure can route supported assets between TRON and EVM-compatible chains in one transaction without requiring users to interact directly with a bridge. A Q3 2026 report put TRON's stablecoin supply at $93.9 billion, or 31.2% of supply tracked across 47 networks, after growth of about $5 billion during the quarter.
