Rosen Law Firm and Bragar Eagel & Squire said investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Unicycive Therapeutics, Inc. securities between Dec. 29, 2025, and June 29, 2026, inclusive, have until Nov. 2, 2026, to ask the court for appointment as lead plaintiff in a proposed securities class action filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The complaint alleges that Unicycive and other defendants failed to disclose that the company had not inspected or audited a third-party manufacturing vendor's facility for compliance with current good manufacturing practices, lacked a reasonable basis to believe the vendor had resolved deficiencies cited by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and failed to disclose the risk of additional FDA requests and delays to regulatory approval of oxylanthanum carbonate. The complaint claims investors suffered losses when the alleged information entered the market. No class has been certified, and investors may remain absent class members or choose their own counsel.
