Rosen Law Firm announced securities class actions involving Alphabet Inc., Duolingo Inc., Netcapital Inc. and Coastal Financial Corporation. The Alphabet action covers securities purchases from May 19, 2026, through July 16, 2026, and alleges that defendants concealed disappointing training results for Gemini 3.5 Pro, a significant launch delay and weaknesses in prior statements about Alphabet’s business and prospects. The Duolingo action covers Class A common stock purchases from May 2, 2025, through Feb. 26, 2026, and concerns advertising increases, subscription upsells, product-quality deterioration and rapidly generated artificial-intelligence content. The Netcapital action covers securities purchases from Dec. 15, 2021, through Sept. 3, 2026, and alleges improper revenue recognition through sham, backdated or forged consulting agreements, undisclosed related-party transactions and false Sarbanes-Oxley Act certifications. The Coastal Financial action covers common-stock purchases from Oct. 28, 2024, through July 29, 2026, and alleges that defendants misrepresented credit risks tied to the company’s CCBX business, including exposure to credit losses and the effectiveness and value of contractual indemnification protections. Investors must move the Court by Dec. 1, 2026, to seek lead-plaintiff status in the Alphabet and Coastal Financial actions, while the Duolingo and Netcapital deadlines are Dec. 7, 2026. No class has been certified in any of the four actions.
