Navitas Semiconductor has announced a 24 kW, 800 V-to-12 V power delivery board developed with NVIDIA for next-generation AI data centers. The single-stage design bypasses the traditional 50 V intermediate bus converter, targets 97% efficiency at full load and exceeds 2,000 W/in³ in power density. Built for NVIDIA’s 400 mm × 60 mm form factor, it can mount beside xPUs on the compute motherboard and deliver 12 V directly to the voltage regulator module. The board uses 16 NV6034 GaNFast FETs in a stacked half-bridge topology with dual-cooled DFN 8 × 8 packaging. Navitas shares fell 7.33% to $9.99 on Monday before rebounding 6.21% to $10.61 after hours. The platform expands on a previously announced 20 kW board and is scheduled for display at the NVIDIA AI Factory MGX Ecosystem partner area at the OCP Global Summit 2026.
