A7 International, the overseas offering of Russian financial technology company A7, enables businesses and individuals to pay invoices with USDT while recipients receive conventional bank transfers. The service operates remotely in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency circulation is permitted and uses SWIFT transfers based on invoice details. It accepts USDT on the TRON network, supports transfers in U.S. dollars, euros, Chinese yuan and UAE dirhams, and charges a 0.3% commission. Customers complete KYC (identity verification) or KYB (corporate verification), upload invoices and documents, and receive the final payment cost in advance. A7 says execution takes from one business day and provides confirmation and closing documents after completion. The company, established in 2024 with the involvement of PSB Bank, serves about 15,000 clients and processed more than 10 trillion roubles in 2025.
