Investors who acquired Hyliion Holdings Corp. common stock from May 12 through June 23, 2026, have until Oct. 27 to ask a federal court to appoint them lead plaintiff in a securities class action. Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. said the lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. The complaint alleges Hyliion’s defendants announced a deal with a recently formed entity that appeared to lack business operations to drive a rapid rise in the company’s stock price. It also alleges Chief Executive Officer Thomas Healy and Chief Financial Officer Jon Panzer timed the announcement and resulting price increase to trade on inside information. These are allegations in the lawsuit, which claims investors suffered losses when the details became known. Investors can contact the firm’s partners Brandon Walker or Melissa Fortunato about their rights; the firm says there is no cost or obligation to inquire.
