MoonPay signed a memorandum of understanding with NH NongHyup Bank and South Korean fintech company Finger to cooperate on digital-asset-based financial services and infrastructure. The partnership covers overseas remittances, corporate payments and settlements, as well as potential services connecting digital assets with card merchant payment infrastructure. The companies will discuss linking global digital-asset infrastructure with South Korea's domestic financial system, conduct a joint proof of concept, and assess the commercial viability of related services. MoonPay said it aims to combine its global digital-asset network with NH NongHyup Bank's financial infrastructure and Finger's financial platform technology to develop a global payment and settlement model. The initiative is intended to improve payment convenience for customers at home and abroad and expand the use of digital-asset-based financial services.
