EcoPro Group promoted 14 executives on the 30th, including three vice presidents and 11 senior managing directors, five more appointments at those ranks than last year. The reshuffle included EcoPro, EcoPro BM, EcoPro Materials, EcoPro Innovation, EcoPro HN and EcoPro EM, reflecting evaluations of management stability, overseas order growth, sales competitiveness and future technology development. The group said the appointments would broaden its next-generation management pool and support medium- and long-term competitiveness through performance-based, talent-centered management.
