Capgemini raised its 2026 revenue growth forecast for the second time this year, targeting 9% to 9.5% at constant exchange rates, up from 8.5% to 9.0% previously. Third-quarter revenue rose about 12% to €6.07 billion, including growth of 12.6% at current exchange rates and 11.7% at constant rates, while bookings increased 3.4% at constant rates to €5.40 billion. Chief Executive Aiman Ezzat said demand was increasingly focused on overhauling clients' data systems for artificial intelligence, suggesting that AI investment is translating into contracts for established European consultancies. Growth was strongest in Britain and Ireland at 25.2% and North America at 18.3%, while France grew 4.9% for a second consecutive quarter. Applications & Technology, which represented 63% of 2025 group revenue, grew 3.5%, down from 5.3% in the second quarter. Capgemini expects fourth-quarter constant-currency growth of 3% to 4% as earlier acquisitions enter the comparison base, rather than because of weaker demand. WNS and Cloud4C, acquired in the fourth quarter of 2025, materially supported growth across North America, the United Kingdom and Ireland, and Asia-Pacific. The company maintained its operating margin target of 13.6% to 13.8% and its organic free cash flow target of around €1.8 billion to €1.9 billion, including roughly €200 million more restructuring cash outflow than in 2025 under its Fit-for-Growth initiatives. Acquisitions are expected to contribute about 5 percentage points to growth.
