Upbit, Bithumb and Coinone announced that BLUR would be delisted at 6:00 a.m. UTC on Nov. 30, equivalent to 1 a.m. ET. Upbit's decision followed the token's placement on its trading warning list on Oct. 30. The exchanges said concerns over BLUR's business viability and sustainability, as well as potential user harm under virtual-asset trading support guidelines, remained unresolved.
