Jupiter Earn is experiencing delayed USDC withdrawals after market jitters linked to Binance’s $6.3 billion hack triggered a sharp liquidity squeeze. An on-chain API snapshot showed about 418.5 million USDC in deposit claims, including accrued interest, but only 3.35 USDC available for immediate withdrawal. Jupiter said it has no funds directly deposited with Binance and zero exposure to the exchange. The bottleneck reflects DeFi lending mechanics, with most deposits committed to active borrowing and leverage products rather than lost through the Binance incident. Withdrawals are expected to resume as users add liquidity or repay loans.
