Kioxia Holdings reported second-quarter revenue of ¥4.2472 trillion, approximately $27.0 billion, for the interim period of its fiscal year ending March 2027. Revenue increased 436.8% from ¥791.1 billion a year earlier. In an earlier report covering fiscal 2026, Kioxia posted second-quarter revenue of ¥2.48 trillion and operating profit of approximately ¥1.995 trillion, slightly above the ¥1.95 trillion market consensus. The Japanese memory-chip maker attributed that performance to stronger demand for AI data-storage infrastructure, guided third-quarter operating profit to roughly ¥2 trillion against analysts’ ¥2.35 trillion expectation, and declared an interim dividend of ¥90 per share. It also forecast April-December 2026 consolidated net profit under International Financial Reporting Standards at ¥3.5578 trillion, about $22.7 billion and 24 times the year-earlier level.
