Iole, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market, plans to sell all 151.21 Bitcoin it holds between Oct. 30 and the end of November 2026, potentially in installments. The sale is expected to generate about ¥1.831 billion against a ¥2.085 billion book value after a Sept. 30 fair-value assessment, producing an estimated loss of about ¥254 million, or roughly $1.6 million. At Bitcoin's $77,153 price on Oct. 31, the holding was worth approximately $11.7 million. Iole plans to prioritize the proceeds for AI data centers, AI computing services and its Neo Cloud business, with spending planned for early December. The company said it will retain the Hyperliquid (HYPE) position it began building in July 2026, making the move a Bitcoin-specific exit rather than a complete withdrawal from digital assets. The sale comes as Bitcoin was down about 4.4% over the previous week and the CoinMarketCap Fear and Greed Index stood at 35, in Fear territory.
