HashKey On-Chain has announced a strategic partnership with RD Technologies to explore deploying and applying RDUSD, a U.S. dollar stablecoin supported by RD Technologies and issued by Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., across institutional digital-asset and real-economy use cases. The collaboration will initially focus on testing RDUSD on HSK Chain, an institutional-grade Ethereum Layer 2, before exploring on-chain lending, trading, real-world asset subscriptions and settlement. HSK Chain has more than 200 projects and over $300 million of on-chain real-world assets, including money market funds, ETFs and precious metals. The partners also plan to examine RDUSD settlement for tokenized assets through HashKey Trading Portal, trade-finance clearing and Delivery versus Payment on HashKey On-Chain's trade-finance platform, and payments, collections, cash pooling and disbursements through HashKey Settlement Platform. The announcement expands RD Technologies' earlier plans involving cross-border collections, foreign-exchange conversion, treasury management and real-world asset tokenization, including a proposed Ghana-Asia supplier-payment model with Stanbic Bank Ghana and infrastructure discussions with Transika. The companies said the applications remain subject to technical, commercial and regulatory conditions.
