China Merchants Bank, Postal Savings Bank of China and Agricultural Bank of China have introduced online wallet statement services through the Digital RMB App, the Digital RMB Operations Management Center said. Users can apply for PDF-format statement certificates for visa applications and credit applications, and download Excel-format transaction details for reconciliation and verification. Printed transaction records remain available through bank branches, mobile banking and self-service terminals operated by participating wallet institutions.
