Dunamu, the operator of South Korea’s Upbit exchange, will hold D-CON 2026 on Nov. 10 at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul in Yeouido. Now in its fourth year, the free public conference will take place under the theme "BUIDL to Bloom" and focus on strengthening South Korea’s digital-asset industry and advancing its institutional framework. Three sessions will cover domestic policy priorities, blockchain’s industrial applications and regulatory developments in major overseas markets, including South Korea’s legislative response. Dunamu said the event is intended to help identify practical solutions as countries including the U.S. reinforce their digital-asset frameworks.
