Strive Inc. (ASST) acquired 124 Bitcoin for $10 million at an average price of $80,526, bringing its holdings to 43,124 BTC. Chairman and CEO Matt Cole said existing cash funded most of the purchase, while all proceeds from Strive's at-the-market programs during the week came from sales of SATS, the company's fixed-dividend preferred stock. The latest transaction followed a 6,182-Bitcoin purchase disclosed Oct. 26 that cost about $511.4 million and lifted holdings to 43,000 BTC. Strive's October purchases totaled $1.25 billion, funded primarily with cash and preferred-stock financing. The company ranked fourth among publicly traded Bitcoin treasury holders, behind Strategy, Metaplanet and Twenty One Capital. Its SATS initial offering closed Oct. 20 with $630 million in gross proceeds, while preferred financing adds ongoing dividend obligations. Chief investment officer Ben Werkman said Strive would balance aggressive buying with restraint and focus on long-term shareholder value.
