CrowdStrike shares have risen 114% in 2026 and are more than double their level at the start of the year, with Deutsche Bank upgrading the stock to Buy from Hold and raising its price target to $300 from $240, implying 20% upside from Friday’s close. Analyst Brad Zelnick said investors have not fully recognized how artificial intelligence could expand cybersecurity demand or CrowdStrike’s position in the market. Deutsche Bank said the company’s $565 billion estimate for its 2034 total addressable market may prove conservative as AI adoption creates new security requirements. CrowdStrike has also deepened its partnership with Nvidia in 2026 to develop real-time AI security agents for data centers and cloud infrastructure. The bank’s recommendation matches Wall Street consensus, with 40 of 55 analysts rating the stock Buy or Strong Buy and 13 recommending Hold. Earlier coverage said shares fell 3% to $242.58 despite the upgrade and a CoreWeave agreement, which provides customers with access to CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform and round-the-clock managed security. Deutsche Bank has also cited CrowdStrike’s endpoint leadership, AI products, relatively low mid-single-digit market share and potential role as a cybersecurity consolidator, while expecting it to reach its $10 billion fiscal 2030 annual recurring revenue target ahead of schedule and sustain compound growth above 20% for many years.
