ARK Invest, led by Cathie Wood, bought shares of Coinbase, Circle and Robinhood while selling Bullish shares on Monday. The firm purchased 24,790 Coinbase shares worth approximately $3.4 million, 35,657 Circle shares worth about $2.6 million and 7,703 Robinhood shares worth roughly $645,819, based on Monday’s closing prices. It sold 104,172 Bullish shares valued at approximately $2.3 million. The trades were spread across ARK’s ARKF, ARKK and ARKW funds. Morgan Stanley analyst Michael Cyprys downgraded Coinbase to Underweight and lowered his price target to $120 from $258, citing weaker trading activity, a softer revenue outlook and uncertainty following the Binance hack. Circle issues the USDC stablecoin, while Robinhood recently reported record third-quarter revenue of $1.424 billion despite a sharp decline in cryptocurrency revenue. Bitcoin market watchers were divided ahead of Tuesday’s U.S. midterm elections, with $73,000 identified as a key level by crypto analyst Ali Martinez.
