ZYT, also known as ZHUOYU Technology, introduced its ZYT Prax Drive System™ commercial-vehicle technology brand at an event in Zhuhai on Nov. 2, 2026. The company outlined partnerships and production progress with XCMG, Shacman, Sinotruk, FAW Jiefang, Foton Motor, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle and Yutong Bus, as well as plans to expand into overseas markets. Prax has two versions: PDS 4, based on ZYT’s High-Perception model 4.0 and above for heavy-truck line-haul, and PDS 5, based on the Multimodal Foundation Model with highway and city NOA for buses, light trucks, vans and other urban operations. ZYT said its commercial-vehicle systems combine more than 3 billion kilometres of passenger-car data with 400 million truck-specific frames, while its fuel-saving algorithm has delivered measured savings of 4.5% to 7.5%, equivalent to RMB 20,000 to 30,000 per vehicle annually. An earlier record dated Oct. 29 referred to the brand as Zhuoyu Panxing; the later release identifies the launched brand as ZYT Prax Drive System™.
