SOOP has signed a memorandum of understanding with Com2uS Holdings to develop games using the intellectual property and broadcast content of SOOP streamers. The companies will jointly plan and market content, pursue releases for global audiences and examine ways to connect games with live streaming. SOOP contributes its streamer intellectual property and live-platform operating experience, while Com2uS Holdings provides game development and publishing capabilities. Executives said the partnership could create new content experiences and differentiated full-motion video games that combine streaming platforms with interactive content.
