Pomerantz LLP, Rosen Law Firm and Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC have notified investors about a securities class action against Honeywell Aerospace Inc. and certain officers and/or directors, pending in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. The complaint alleges the defendants failed to disclose supplier concentration and supply constraints, their potential effects on sales and profitability, and an investigation into possible False Claims Act violations involving cybersecurity requirements for government contracts. The notices follow Honeywell Aerospace’s August 5, 2026, report that second-quarter net income fell 70% year over year and adjusted earnings per share declined 32%, alongside a reduction in full-year adjusted EBIT growth guidance from 7%-10% to flat-to-3%. The stock fell $47.17, or 23.16%, to $156.47 on August 6, and later dropped $3.87, or 2.45%, to $154.24 on September 1 after the U.S. Department of Justice said Honeywell Aerospace agreed to pay more than $2 million to settle cybersecurity-related False Claims Act allegations. The proposed class covers open-market purchasers from June 29 through September 1, 2026, inclusive, who have until November 23, 2026, to seek lead-plaintiff appointment. No class has been certified.
