Ark Invest bought 12,835 shares of Circle Internet Group, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, for about $965,000 and sold 37,754 shares of crypto exchange Bullish. The Circle purchase was described as taking place on Nov. 3, 2026, while the existing record dates the Tuesday trades to Nov. 4. Ark’s latest Circle purchase follows larger buys of 65,615 shares worth $5.2 million in late October and 35,657 shares valued at $2.6 million in early November. Circle trades on the NYSE under CRCL and has recently moved between approximately $72 and $80. Ark has repeatedly added to the stock during 2026 and has generally maintained Circle as a 4%-6% position in its ETFs, subject to a policy limiting any single holding to 10% of fund assets. The firm’s simultaneous sale of Bullish shares indicates a reallocation within crypto equities rather than a fresh cash injection, although some of the activity may reflect routine rebalancing. Circle went public on June 5, 2025, and USDC circulation has grown since then, while the stock has remained volatile amid broader market conditions and stablecoin-sector competition. Both stocks rose during the trading session, The Block reported.
