Arkham Intelligence launched a frozen-assets view in its portfolio module on November 5, 2026, separating assets that can move from those that are frozen, locked, blacklisted or destroyed. A new Frozen button displays the affected holdings outside a wallet’s liquid balance. The feature initially covers USDC, USDT and USDT0, with support for more tokens planned. Using the entity labeled "Binance Hacker," Arkham showed approximately $5.8 billion in total digital assets, including around $2.6 billion frozen: $1.77 billion in USDT and $824.72 million in USDC. The example follows an October 29, 2026, breach of a Binance hot wallet that caused an estimated $6.01 billion loss. Tether and Circle subsequently froze substantial amounts of affected assets, while Arkham tracked $2.80 billion frozen shortly after the breach. The tool gives traders, investigators and compliance teams a clearer view of wallet liquidity, while showing that balances in unsupported tokens may still overstate what is actually movable.
