Binance will begin reopening withdrawals in batches from 12:00 p.m. Beijing time on Nov. 5, 2026, under security incident recovery update No. 8. The planned assets span Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Base, TRON, Polygon and Sui, including UNI, AAVE, PAXG, VIRTUAL, MORPHO, ASTER, PROM, 1MBABYDOGE, FIL, AERO, AVNT, JST, SUN, BTTC, GNS and MMT. Withdrawals will resume progressively after security checks, while deposits remain normal.
