A wallet linked to Trump Media & Technology Group transferred approximately 4,259 Bitcoin worth $343.67 million to Crypto.com, according to blockchain data from Lookonchain and Arkham. The movement comprised transfers of 2,140.03 BTC and 2,119.31 BTC to the same Crypto.com-linked address, identified by its opening characters as 34jvU, at about 02:17 UTC on Nov. 5, 2026. Arkham labeled the source wallets "2028 Convertible Notes Collateral." Trump Media's June 30 SEC filing reported 4,260.73 BTC pledged against convertible notes, valued at approximately $250.46 million then, making the transferred amount closely comparable. The movement does not establish that the Bitcoin was sold, and Trump Media has previously described transfers to Crypto.com as custody or trading management. Noteholders can request cash repayment on Nov. 30, 2026, potentially requiring about $1 billion plus accrued interest; the company has warned that existing resources may be insufficient and disclosed Bitcoin sales as one possible funding option. Trump Media previously held approximately 14,139 BTC as of July 31, while its June 30 statements recorded 9,477.16 BTC as digital assets and 2,077.34 BTC pledged for a Bitcoin options strategy. The company reported a $238.1 million second-quarter net loss and $360.65 million in digital-asset and pledged-asset losses during the first half of 2026. Its shares fell 24.5% to a record low after the U.S. midterm elections, while the TRUMP meme coin declined 16% in 24 hours to a record low. Trump Media also held 756 million Cronos tokens worth about $41 million after ending its planned CRO treasury venture in August.
