Strive Inc. (Nasdaq: ASST) reported third-quarter 2026 GAAP net income of $509.0 million, or $5.24 per fully diluted share, including $474.8 million attributable to common stockholders. The result was driven almost entirely by a $533.7 million unrealized gain on digital assets measured at fair value, while operating revenue was $2.7 million. Strive acquired 8,136 BTC during the quarter at an average cost of about $78,885 and purchased another 15,124 BTC from Oct. 1 through Oct. 30, lifting holdings to 43,124 BTC by Oct. 30 from 28,000 BTC on Sept. 30. The company reported a 63.2% year-to-date Bitcoin yield and said Class A total return had outperformed Bitcoin by 103.7% through Sept. 30. It raised about $609 million in net proceeds from a 7 million-share offering of its 15% Series A perpetual preferred stock, known as SATS, completed Oct. 20. Preferred dividends of $34.2 million reduced GAAP net income to the common-stockholder figure, while nine-month net loss attributable to common stockholders was $88.4 million. ASST shares remained below their level a year earlier despite rising about 70% through Sept. 30 from the Jan. 2 close, highlighting the difference between treasury performance and equity returns.
