ARK ETF Trust has filed registration documents with the SEC (U.S. securities regulator) for 14 proposed thematic ETFs covering artificial intelligence, robotics, biotechnology and tokenized market infrastructure. One proposed fund, the ARK Tokenized Market Infrastructure ETF, would invest in companies providing infrastructure for RWA (real-world asset) tokenization and on-chain capital markets. Its target investments include tokenization platforms, stablecoin issuers, exchanges, brokers, custodians and settlement networks.
