Tether, which holds about 11.5% of Juventus, will participate in the club’s proposed €250 million capital increase with a €28.8 million investment based on its stake. The stablecoin issuer voted for the plan at a Nov. 3 shareholder meeting but abstained on all other ordinary shareholder proposals, including approval of annual accounts showing a €66 million loss. The decision follows Tether’s rejected December 2025 binding unsolicited offer to buy all Juventus shares from major shareholder Exor, as well as its participation in a €98 million capital increase last November, when it opposed the specific terms.
