Metaplanet has acquired an additional 1,234 Bitcoin, raising its total holdings to 12,345 BTC, surpassing Tesla's 11,509 BTC. This purchase, made at an average price of 15.6 million yen ($108,000) per coin, is part of Metaplanet's strategy to hold 201,112 BTC by 2027, with a capital contribution of up to $5 billion approved to support this goal.
