According to PANews, a whale that participated in the Ethereum ICO has begun accumulating ETH again after a year-long sell-off, withdrawing 13,600 ETH from exchanges over the past three weeks, totaling around $47 million. This marks the whale's first significant accumulation in over two years, with the most recent withdrawal occurring at an average price of $3,456. The whale now holds 59,718 ETH on-chain, valued at approximately $210 million, as the current ETH price stands at $3,548.02.
