On August 16, Onchain Lens reported that a newly created wallet withdrew 17,381 ETH, valued at $76.9 million, from cryptocurrency exchange Kraken through several transactions over 13 hours. This brings the wallet’s cumulative withdrawals from Kraken to 34,973 ETH, worth about $154 million. The pattern of large Ether outflows from newly created addresses underscores notable whale activity.
