Galaxy Digital has raised $1.4 billion to expand its Helios data center campus in Texas. The funding includes $350 million in equity from Galaxy and the rest from debt financing. The first phase will enhance AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. CoreWeave has secured a second-phase lease for the site’s full 800MW approved capacity, projected to generate over $1 billion in annual revenue for 15 years. Galaxy intends to make Helios one of the world’s largest AI data centers.
