KuCoin signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association (VBA) and 1Matrix to accelerate blockchain infrastructure in Vietnam, expand digital asset applications, and foster economic growth. Under the agreement, KuCoin will provide technology, 1Matrix will offer local resources, and VBA will promote policies and standardization. The collaboration supports Vietnam’s 2025–2030 blockchain strategy and seeks to position the country as a global technology hub.
