TRON has officially announced its mainnet will receive the GreatVoyage-v4.8.1 (Democritus) upgrade in November 2025. The update adds support for ARM architecture and Java Development Kit 17, incorporates Ethereum Virtual Machine SELFDESTRUCT compatibility, and optimizes network performance, API function, security protocols, and database efficiency for improved stability and capability.
